Delivery Costs
Delivery within mainland UK including South Scotland is FREE OF CHARGE. For delivery to North Scotland Postcodes AB, IV, PA, KW, DD, PH, Scottish Highlands & Islands and Channel Islands or any other location not listed surcharge of upto £50 may be added to your order, email for details from our Contact Us page
Once Perfect night sleep receive notification that you wish to withdraw from the contract ( in accordance with these terms), any sum debited to perfect night sleep from crdit/debit card in relation to your order will be recredited to your account as soon as possible and in any event within 30 days of your order . Provided goods returned by perfect night sleep in the conditon they were in when when delivered.You will be liable for any charges incurred for returned goods to perfect night sleep.
Perfect night sleep reserve the right to make a 15 % re-stocking charge for goods not returned in mint condition or to refuse to accept such goods, as its sole discretion.
Perfect Night Sleep reserves the right to make a charge fr collecting goods from your premises.
Your statutory rights are not affected
Delivery Times
Delivery times vary according to the product and your delivery destination. We aim to deliver within a 5 - 21 working day time scale but please allow up to 21 days and any delays we are made aware of we will notify you as soon as possible.
Delivery Information
At Perfectnightsleep.co.uk we use reputable UK couriers to deliver our furniture to you. Unfortunately we are not able to offer you the choice of delivery days, however the courier will call with your delivery day as soon as it is possible. Delivery is Monday to Friday, between 8am-6pm. Once you have placed an order, the courier will contact you asap to book in your delivery. If the delivery is to apartments or flats, the delivery driver will deliver to the lobby of the building only. Due to Health and Safety old mattesses or furiture can not be disposed off. All items must be signed for, if damaged please dont sign for and return with drive. Once you have signed for your item, you are accepting the item is in good condition and no returns may be made once the item as been sold for.
To prevent credit card fraud, Perfectnightsleep.co.uk reserve the right to refuse or seek confirmation from the card holder, for goods to be delivered to a different address then to the credit card holders registered address.
