Warranties
All our products are manufactured to the highest quality, the vast majority in a hi-tech facility in the United Kingdom. As such, unlike most online furniture retailers, we are able to offer you a genuine warranty on all our products. A 1 year warranty is offered on all bedroom furniture ranges. Please contact our sales or customer service team for further information on individual products. All products are warranted against manufacturing defects, except for all moving parts (mechanisms, castors, drawers) and seating upholstery which are subject to usage related wear and tear. Perfect Night Sleep reserves the right not to apply the warranty in cases of inappropriate use or when the product has been tampered with by a third party or interventions by non-authorised personal.

All prices are displayed inclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise, and where applicable. Packaging may vary from that shown. The weights, dimensions and capacities given are approximate only. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products that appear on the website. All items are subject to availability. We will inform you as soon as possible if the goods you have ordered are not available.
Ordering Errors
You are able to correct errors on your order up to the point at which you click on "submit" or “make payment” on the final page of our ordering process.
Delivery Times and Rates
Delivery charges vary depending on the type of products ordered and the service you select and cannot be refunded. Your delivery charges will be clearly indicated at checkout. Shipping information can be found on the delivery charge page.
Can I pick up my order from your shop/office?
We do not hold stock at our office. All orders are dispatched from our high tech warehouse. Therefore we cannot accommodate pick up from our offices or at our warehouses. Our head office is based in Norfolk.
Does Perfect Night Sleep have a retail shop/store?
Perfect Night Sleep does not currently have a retail store. We sell online which gives you more convenience and cheaper prices!
Acknowledgment and Acceptance of your Order
If you have supplied us with your email address, we will notify you by email as soon as possible to confirm receipt of your order and email you again to confirm details. Our acceptance of your order will take place upon despatch of the product(s) ordered.
Changing or cancelling orders
In the first instance please Email with your change / cancellation details. If your order has not yet been received then this will be possible FOC, however if you have received the order and you wish to change / cancel goods we will apply a charge based upon the direct cost to recover and/or redeliver goods. We request that changed / cancelled items are returned in their original packaging.
Returns policy
Delivery discrepancies:
Any discrepancies must be reported as soon as is reasonable after delivery, preferably within 24hrs. On arrival, if packaging appears damaged it is recommended that this is marked on the delivery note before you sign.
Missing items:
On delivery: Should an item be missed or appear not delivered then we request that you notify us as soon as possible, preferably within 24hrs of initial receipt of delivery.
On assembly: Should a part appear missing from an item please report the item that is missing the part along with a description of part you believe to be missing.
On both the above instances replacement goods will be despatched asap.
Faulty goods:
Damages: must be reported as soon as is reasonable after the delivery, preferably within 24hrs of receipt of goods.
Under Warranty: First instance report the fault to us with a full description of alleged fault, we will then arrange an engineer to attend and either rectify the fault on site or advise on action needed to remedy. If the fault is deemed a manufactures fault and the item is under guarantee then we will replace the faulty item FOC.

Unwanted goods / wrongly ordered:
Perfect Night Sleep will deduct from any refund the cost of recovering goods from customers. This is typically £40 per item and is the direct cost to Perfect Night Sleep of recovering the item.
Some mattresses - namely memory foam mattresses - will arrive vacuum packed, please do not open and unroll to inspect if the goods are incorrect. There will be clear identification seen through the packaging.
Export Restrictions
We will specify any export restrictions that apply on any of our products on individual product listings. Any export restrictions will also be clearly indicated at checkout.
Gift Wrapping
We are unable to offer a gift wrapping service at present.
Links to Other Websites
We have placed links on this website to other websites we think you may want to visit. We do not vet these websites and do not have any control over their contents. Perfect Night Sleep cannot accept any liability in respect of the use of these websites.
Exclusions of Liability

This website, any content contained herein and any contract brought into being as a result of usage of this website are governed by and construed in accordance with UK Law.
